About This Plan

This beautifully designed Traditional house plan features a lovely facade and a great family interior layout. There is a 2 story foyer upon entering the home which subsequently leads to the open floor plan. A large family room is highlighted with a warming fireplace and access onto the outdoor patio while the adjacent dining room features sliders to the outdoor space. The kitchen is open to both as well as the breakfast nook and includes an angled eat-in breakfast bar for additional seating and comfortable conversation. The pantry is at the rear of the breakfast nook and a 2 car front loading garage completes the main level.


The front staircase leads to the second story landing which then breaks off into different rooms. There are a total of four bedrooms, two baths and the laundry room is on this floor of the home. The owner's suite is highlighted with vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite vaulted bath as well. The bathroom features dual vanities, both a shower and separate tub along with a comparmentalized toilet room.
